| | To write a testimony click here | Yoga of dance has been, for me a very profound experience. One that allows for a deep exploration of the energy flow and source of my being, to be expressed in the language of dance and movement. A hight energy experience that is felt in a space of quiet peacefullness. There is a sense of acceptance from everyone present to what is being expressed through each participant, a sense of sacred caring... This experience is carried with me to my everyday meanderings-a deeper knowledge of who I am and a knowing that it can be expresssed if I so choose. Patsy is providing a safe space fro the explorattion of the sacred self. Very freeing & very fun too. - Laura Gravitt, CMT Baltimore MD | I've been a dancer my entire life. After two decades of formal training, teaching and performing, I became burned out took a break from dance for a few years, hoping to restore the passion I once had for my craft. This summer I experienced Yoga of Dance as my re-introduction to dance in a whole new way. I moved my body completely freely, as I was called to move, ignited from an internal impulse. For the first time in my life I truly did not care how it looked nor what anyone else thought of the way I was moving. This was true freedom. - Richele Henry, CHC Whole Food Nutrition for Women www.richelehenry.com | Yoga of dance is like meditation in movement. The huge benefits of meditation are clear, but despite that many people don't do it because they don't enjoy sitting still for a long period of time. To get the same benefits while exercising and bonding with other great people always hits the spot. - David Kravitz, Baltimore MD | Patsy has an amazing, beautiful spirit. In Yoga of Dance, she has created a healing ritual that reaches deep inside of participants - even while we have a blast! Come expecting to have fun, be nurtured, be challenged, and go deep. This is not your mama's Jazzersize! - Jae Patton, Baltimore MD | Dear Patsy, I simply want to express my gratitude and joy at experiencing for the first time Yoga of Dance this past Saturday (December 12, 2009) and visiting the topic of "Intimacy". Very touching, ha! Really, in a very heartfelt, soulful way. You are a terrific guide, instructor. It was like revisiting a very special place I once was very comfortable living in as a single. A wonderful marriage and 4 children has had me wonderfully distracted but it is in that old acquaintance of tranquility, peace, yoga, dance, Tai Chi, reading and learning, that I enjoy growing a self awareness and spirituality. Thank you so very much. Joy and peace, De - Diana "De" Edel, New Freedom PA |
