A: Any clothing that would allow you to move freely, including stretching out your arms and legs, rolling, and crawling on the floor (we may or may not do that though).  Skirts and jewelry are okay as long as they won't restrict your movement. We may also be in some yoga poses.  Therefore, a yoga out fit and dancers clothing are ideal.  Put your creativity into coming with something that expresses you.  No shoes, but indoor dancing shoes and flexible soles are okay. 

A: Most of our facilities provide water.  However, if you are taking an afternoon workshop, you may want to bring juice or another type of healthful drink to provide calories.   

A: You don't need to have yoga experience to fully enjoy the workshop, but having yoga experience in any depth will enhance your experience.  Please call if you have never done yoga before and are interested in participating. 

A: Please read the instruction upon checking in at the front desk.  Each workshop experience is a little different.  It's a good idea to arrive early and carefully read the brief instruction so you can comfortably merging into the wave of yoga of dance.
